We want you to be as comfortable in your Jambys as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on your first order. If you aren't living your best lounge life, we'll make it right with a hassle-free return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and let us know the reason so we can keep improving our comfort levels.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and secure your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange immediately.
